The Samsung WB1000 has more features than most digital cameras of this size and shape. It will squeeze into most pockets, yet it includes features such as an extreme wide angle lens, manual exposure controls, including aperture priority and shutter priority and manual focus. The WB1000 also has an advanced movie mode. It can shoot high definition movies and zoom can be used while movie recording is in progress.
Standard features include 12 megapixels and a 5x zoom lens. Image stabilisation is also included. If you are worried about the accidental deletion of photographs you will be pleased to hear Samsung has added a recycle bin so you only delete photos when you are certain they need to go. There is also an extensive picture search feature built in.
